FUEL by rage, Latton visited her mother in the hospital. Surprisingly, when she went to the room, Thalia was standing and seemed to be gleeful. Latton’s blood boiled in anger. She then yelled, “BRAVO! I never knew you were a good actress. You got me. I actually thought this time you were telling the truth. But yet again, I'm wrong, and I never learned to accept that you can never love me. You still blame my existence for your failed career. It's always money for you. You want to scam money from me again.” Her words convey anger, disappointment, and exhaustion.

“What are you talking about?” She asks, acting clueless.

Latton marched towards her and pulled her neck brace, which was easily removed without any pain, "I never thought you would stoop this low. Fake an attack and confinement. How much did you even pay the hospital for this sick act of yours?" She roared in dismay.

Thalia opens her mouth to retort Latton's claims but no words come
