Chapter 81. Unrepeatable Moment

Diana patted her grandson's broad back. "See you later, Frank. Don't forget to call me, hmm?"

Frank nodded. "Sure."

After saying goodbye to Kara, Diana got into the car. Together with Jeremy and Ava, they drove to the airport.

Throughout the journey, the atmosphere was quiet. Jeremy, Ava, Diana, even Abigail didn't speak at all. No one tried to start a conversation. Ava felt like she was with different people.

"Isn't Jeremy also Diana's grandson?" she mused. "But why is their relationship so awkward? They're like two strangers who have just met."

While folding her arms across her chest, Ava thought deeper. "Is it possible that Jeremy's personality is that bad? Even his grandmother isn't comfortable with him?"

"Are you feeling cold?"

Ava flinched at the heavy tone. "Huh?" With a stiff expression, Ava turned her head to the side.

"Are you cold?" Jeremy repeated without glancing. Ava blinked. "You've been rubbing your arms all the time."<
