“Jane is Pregnant,” Willams said and looked at both of them.

He was looking at them as if he knew something that they didn't know.

Jane remembered that she was sitting when he came inside her office so how was he sure that she was pregnant, she wanted to stand up and greet him but her legs kept buckling that she didn't think standing up to greet him was going to help her, that was why she just stayed down.
