Alaric’s POV

“Ric!” I heard a voice call out from a distance. Both Meadow and I turned to look at the man who was currently approaching us.

My closest friend and business partner—and manager of the club, Landon Corvell.

“Lan,” I answered, stretching a hand out to shake his already outstretched one. “Hey, man.”

His gaze shifted to Meadow and he did a double take. Now, I had known Landon for years—since we were in high school together—and I could tell exactly what was running through his mind as his eyes roamed over my wife.
