Chapter 33

Because she was missing Zayden so much, yesterday, she decided to visit Zayden’s room. His laptop was still opened, his pens and paper pads were beside his laptop, his body was still evident in the bedsheets, and some of his clothes were still on his small couch and were not put yet in his drawer. The room was full of very random things that were owned by him, but for Zenee, it felt so empty without him. She couldn’t help but get teary as she looked around his messy room.

“Please come back already, Zay...” Her voice broke as she whispered that to herself. Although she was already feeling hopeless, she still did not let go of the thought that Zayden would come back tomorrow just in time with the results of the blood test that they did to him... that he would come back just in time to help his struggling father.
