Ashley, still with the train of thoughts inside her head, sat back at her desk, her gaze now fixed on the computer screen. She tried to distract herself and do the work that she needed to do for the day, but every click of the keyboard that she did seemed to echo the weight of her sorrow, the tragedy of Zayden’s untimely demise pressing heavily on her shoulders.
