Chapter 13

"Run!" I run like crazy with the burning feeling inside of me. This morning I found Mason talking to the same girl again. I already saw him talking to this girl.

"Good job Amanda." My coach said and I nodded

"Amanda, you have to take a bigger step." Mason said and I ignored him. I don't want to see his face right now. I hate it.

"Amanda, look at me while I'm talking to you, I'm advising you for the competition." Mason said and it made me turn to him.

"Ok." I answered while rolling my eyes

"What's wrong with you?" He asked annoyed and I just ignored him.

"Run once again and be done." Coach said and I'm getting ready at the start line.

"Go." I ran with all my energy and gave the baton to Mason. He ran fast too. We're done. Done like done.

"Okay good." My coach said and I nodded. I walked to the bench and sipped my drink
