The Wedding Day

Aiden wore the jacket of his black tuxedo and gazed at the mirror before him. He looked dashing and ready to go. His light brown hair was neatly cut, and his beard had been perfectly shaved. He’d asked his cousin, Shawn, to be his best man.

He headed out of his house, entered a car he’d bought for the occasion, and drove to the venue. He was nervous as he approached the venue. He hoped that no one would try to cause any drama. He hoped his mother, Amber, and Minka wouldn’t show up. But saw them sitting down with the rest of the guests as he entered the venue. There were about a hundred people in the hall.

In about thirty minutes, Cassie arrived with Cherry as her chief bridesmaid. She looked stunning in a strapless white wedding gown. Her brown hair was darker than usual. Perhaps she’d dyed it. It was neatly swept back and was bounded by silver glitter pins.
