The handsome man with slicked-back black hair and captivating midnight blue eyes, sitting behind a big mahogany desk, pinched the bridge of his nose and sighed. “What is it, Mariah?” he asked no one in the room.
However, right after he asked the question, a figure materialized in the room. It was a beautiful young woman with long, deep brown hair and beautiful big brown eyes. She giggled and hugged him from behind his chair. “I can’t fool you, can I?” she asked, her voice was sing-song like that it would cause people to turn and look at her twice when she spoke.
“You need to practice more,” Asher said, caressing her arms that were hugging his neck.
“That’s what you always say,” Mariah hissed and left him to sit on the desk in front of him. “I heard the news. The Claymans had passed down the company to their grandson. Wow, if only they knew it’s still the same person circulating. Why fool the humans so, big brother?”
