Chapter 31

ADAM'S POV:

I opened my eyes and looked around. It was not late but it was not as early as I was habitual of waking up. I sat up on the bed and gritted my teeth. I could not believe how easily I gave in to my desires for Skylar. I did not know how I would explain all that to Anika. But I knew I had to find a way to talk to her. I knew I could easily talk to her in the pack house. I crawled out of the bed and made my way towards the bathroom. I took a quick shower and and brushed my teeth. I went into the closet and changed into my casual t-shirt and jeans. I brushed my hair and stepped out of the closet. 

I went downstairs where breakfast was ready. My mother called me but I declined and went straight to my car. I hopped into my car and drove off. Even though the house was not far away from the pack house, I just did not want to waste anymore time. I parked the car and hopped out of the car.
