Chapter 34

ANIKA'S POV:

I gasped loudly and opened my eyes. I looked around and found the Alpha sitting on a chair beside the bed. He had fallen asleep and he was holding my hand. In fact I had woken up with this spark I was feeling all over my body as if it was running with my blood in my veins. He was snoring peacefully as if he did not care about anything else. As if he was a free soul. But still his hold on my hand was firm enough for me that I had to use all my power to free my hand from his hold. I tried to snatch my hand away but it was no use. The spark in my body felt as if it was gathering in the pit of my stomach. I felt tickling sparks inside my stomach, that made my breaths uneven and made my heart jump in excitement. I had never felt that way ever in my life.

It was until I could not contain that funny feeling inside my body and I decided to just snatch my hand away from his hold. I did not even care that I would wake him up. Or maybe I had become a selfish person as
