Chapter 21. His Intimate Actions

Anna's POV:

"Where had you been?" His deep manly voice made me shiver as it invaded the dryness of my throat. His slender legs were walking toward me, and my heart was pumping so hard because of that.  

I know that I was expecting this, but I couldn't possibly feel blissful by the way he stared at me. It was so piercing and deep, as if I had made a mistake and I needed to be punished in his arms.

"I-I…" I accidentally crumpled my own shirt before walking backward, planning to get away from him but to no avail. His forehead slightly frowned, wondering why I acted indifferently. I feel nauseous!

"It's been so long." His eyes were emotionless, but there was a hidden expression on his face that I couldn't name.
