Chapter 202. Coding Style

The days passed in quick flashes. Rico had tripled the security around Calla. He made sure she was never left alone and hardly allowed her out of the mansion anymore.

It felt suffocating sometimes, but whenever she complained, Rico would only tell her it was temporary.

With Marco still out there, hiding somewhere in the shadows, Rico refused to take even the smallest risk when it came to her safety. He wouldn’t rest until Marco was in his hands. Or better yet, dead.

The protection around Eli had doubled, too, even though the boy was miles away in the States.

Marco was unstable, and highly dangerous. And Rico knew he would do anything to get a reaction out of him. But Rico had studied Marco for years. He knew how his mind worked.

Still, it didn’t make the situation easier.
