Chapter 40. A Sudden Decision

“Tomorrow?” squeaked Raven. Tomorrow was too soon, and she was in a dilemma. 

“Yes, we’re getting married tomorrow because Scott has unearthed some facts about Bradley’s past engagements, which he would threaten to make viral if Howard Bradley didn’t sell his shares to him. I have already transferred the money to Scott to offer Bradley. If you’re married, Howard would realize that he won’t gain anything from the shares. He would sell them off to Scott to save his family’s reputation,” said Ralph. 

“That’s clever, but please don’t actually make Frank and Stanley’s personal life viral. I don’t care about Frank, but Stanley’s innocent in all this. He really loves Frank. I don’t want to cause him any harm,” said Raven, feeling guilty. 

“Don’t worry, we won’t. In fact, it would surprise you to know who helped Scott,” said Ralph. Their food arrived and Raven controlled the question that was at the tip of her tongue. 

“Who?” asked Raven after the
