Chapter 106. The Heart of Angel

Radmond was stunned. Vladimir had been right about Bella. "No wonder Edelmiro treasures his daughter-in-law like an angel," he thought, tears welling up. He had been harsh, even intending to harm Bella, yet this young woman forgave him so graciously.

Monica, moved by Bella's words, wiped her tears continuously.

"Thank you, my dear. You truly have the heart of an angel. I am deeply sorry," Radmond said.

Bella nodded, "Yes, Sir." Then she turned to Monica, taking her hand. "My younger sister is far more remarkable and has the heart of an angel too," Bella added.

Radmond smiled as Monica hugged Bella affectionately.

"Oh, by the way, Sir, I heard you like one of the paintings at Grandfather Vladimir's place?" Radmond asked.

"A painting?" Bella murmured, thinking. "Oh, yes! The painting in Grandfather's corridor. It's so beautiful, the brush strokes are incredible!" she exclaimed enthusiastically, making Radmond chuckle.

"And you wanted so
