Chapter 135. Elle's Assertiveness

"Let me make breakfast this morning. Are you still sore?" Ludwig pulled out a chair and instructed Elle to sit with his hands.

Elle followed Ludwig's orders and sat in front of the dining table. "Hmm, a little, darling, but it's better now thanks to the ointment you gave me earlier."

Ludwig smiled and rubbed the top of Elle's head, "Thank goodness... Cup!" he kissed Elle's forehead.

Ludwig took some ingredients like eggs and spam. He was only going to make a light breakfast for the two of them.

Elle smiled as she watched Ludwig busy cooking for her. She had never seen things like this in her family. Both of her parents were always busy with their company. Even eating together was rare. Her two older brothers were busy managing the company as soon as they graduated from university.

Ludwig arranged their breakfast on one plate for two servings. Then he poured milk into a tall cup.

The man walked slowly with a wide smile.

Elle chuckled softly a
