The doorbell chimed, prompting Bella to step out of her office momentarily, waiting for the household staff to open the door. Checking her watch, she wondered aloud, "Who could be here at this hour? Della didn't mention she was coming over."

A beautiful woman stood patiently just outside her office. Bella's eyes widened in disbelief. "Jennifer!! You're here!!" she exclaimed, her face lighting up.

"Yes! I'm here, Bella!!" Jennifer hurried over and enveloped Bella in a careful embrace.

"Oh my Bel!!! Your belly is so big!!!" Jennifer marveled at Bella's rounded belly. "It's absolutely adorable!" she added, gently rubbing Bella's belly.

"Hahaha... Yes!" Bella joined in with a soft laugh. "It wasn't this big during our video call! What if it's twins? Maybe even triplets?" she joked.
