“I'll go call Reynard, Mom,” Cecilia, Reynard's stepsister, offered. When Kenan married Siska, Siska already had a two-year-old daughter.

“Hah... your brother always troubles your sisters,” Kenan remarked, loving Cecilia as his own daughter.

Cecilia chuckled softly. “It’s okay, Dad. I also need to get my phone from my room anyway.”

Cecilia stood up, and as she walked, Felix also stood. “I'll accompany you.”

Cecilia smiled and nodded. “Sure.”

They walked side by side. “How was Amsterdam?”

“How long will you be in Germany?” Felix asked.

Cecilia glanced at him. “Why do you ask?”

“Oh, just curious.”

Cecilia nodded. “Oh, I’m not sure. I don’t have much to do in Germany.”

“So, maybe only two or three days.”
