Chapter 89. Two Choices

"You have two choices. First, stay here as Edelmiro wishes until this matter resolves itself. Or you can return to Germany to face it directly," Vladimir said, assessing Austin. The decision would determine his future leadership.

Austin closed his eyes, took a deep breath, and exhaled slowly. "I will return and face it, Grandpa. Since it started with me, I must take responsibility for this."

Vladimir smiled. "You truly are a leader," he thought to himself.

"Alright. You can leave tomorrow morning."

"But Grandpa, I have a request."

"Tell me."

"Please take care of Bella and Arion. I'll go to Germany alone. I don't want to put my wife and son in danger. Please watch over them."

"NO!!!" A woman's voice echoed after the sound of a door slamming.

"L-love?" Austin was shocked to see Bella standing at the door, tears in her eyes.

"Sorry, sir," Max said, flustered, to Austin and Vladimir.

A few minutes earlier, Bella had seen Austin
