Chapter 4. A Touch in the Dark

Joy's attention shifted to the woman who was by her boss's side in a close manner.

Observing Joy's reaction, "Let me introduce you, darling. This is my new secretary, Joy," announced Steve to Bella.

"Joy, this is my wife..." Steve continued with a slightly firm tone in it. Steve hopes that with this, Joy will know that in his heart there is only his wife. And Joy gave up and buried her feelings.

He didn't want to have a scandal and take the risk of playing with fire behind his wife's back.

Joy also greeted, "Greetings, Miss Bella, I'm Mr. Steve's secretary..." said Joy, forcing a smile.

"Yes Joy, thank you for helping my husband at the company..." Bella replied, no less friendly.

That's how Bella was, never suspicious of her husband. Even though the secretary is dressed very sexy.

"Then excuse me sir... ma'am!" Joy said goodbye and was given a nod by Steve and Bella.

Steve and Bella entered Austin's room.

"Austin!" Steve called seeing his best friend fixing his shirt.

"Ehh?! Ahh… Steve!!!" Austin was shocked. "Shit! That was close!!" Austin cursed in his heart. Austin always keeps a tight lid on the fact that he always makes love in the office with Steve's personal secretary.

"Bella?!" Austin muttered, fascinated by seeing Bella, who was increasingly fantastic and sexy.

"Hi Austin... Long time no see...!" Bella replied with a friendly smile as she raised her hand and gave a small wave.

"Gosh...!! Sit down...! Why did you suddenly bring your beautiful wife to Steve's office...!!" Austin exclaimed openly praising Bella.

Bella blushed a little embarrassed hearing Austin's flattery.

"Hahhahah.... I wanted to take him to dinner, after all, he said you wanted to invite us to your new house!!" Steve replied casually. He was always happy when people praised his wife. That is pride for him.

Bella just sat listening to the conversation between her husband and Austin. join in laughing and smiling.

"Yupss! You have to come!! Tomorrow I will prepare the best wine for you two!!" Austin said enthusiastically.

"Hahahahah... Alright...! And don't forget to invite some other friends!" Steve suggested.

"Definitely!! The busier it is, the more exciting it is!" agreed Austin while rubbing his hands.

"You don't mind, honey?" Steve asked Bella.

"Of course, it would definitely be fun..." Bella answered and smiled sweetly.

"Then Bella and I will go to dinner first..." said Steve and stood up and took Bella's hand.

"Oh yeah, what did Joy come here for?" Steve asked curiously.

Why did his personal secretary come to Austin's room on a different floor from his room?

"Ohhh! That's Mona, she entrusted the documents to Joy because she had urgent business...!" Austin said casually.

"Oh ok !"

"Bye Austin..!" Bella said goodbye while waving.

"Bye Bella...!" Austin replied.

"Hah… Bella… What's going on in your head Steve!!" Austin thought as he stared in awe at Bella's body shape from behind. Her chubby buttocks looked so sexy when Bella walked.

Before going home, Steve took Bella to his room and got to know Nick, who was her husband's new assistant.

"The office is very beautiful, honey..." Bella exclaimed, happy because she could tour her husband's office and get to know some of the staff.

Now the two of them are heading to the restaurant that Steve has made a reservation for.

"Thank you, honey. Oh yeah! Let's stop by to buy a gift for Austin, shall we?"

"You're welcome... And of course you can! For the new house, right?" Bella replied happily.

"Yes honey..."

Saturday afternoon arrived, and Steve and Bella were getting ready to go to Austin's house.

"You're so handsome Steve!" marvels Bella as she helps Steve put on his brown leather jacket.

"And you're always so beautiful and charming...!" replies Steve and brings his face closer to Bella's.

Steve gave Bella a quick peck on the cheek.

Bella who was hoping for a hot kiss on the lips just smiled wryly. And threw away her disappointed face, not wanting Steve to see her mood change because of something like that.

Ting Tong

"Hi Bro!!!" greeted Austin happily as Steve and Bella arrived.

"Congratulations Bro!!!" exclaimed Steve and returned his best friend's hug.

"Congratulations Austin..." said Bella and handed Austin a paper bag.

"Thanks Steve, Bella!" replied Austin and grabbed the gift from Bella.

" Why did you guys go to all the trouble of bringing a gift like this!" smiled Austin.

" Let's go inside...!" continued Austin, then escorted Steve and Bella into his house.

Three men were chatting and laughing at Austin's bar table.

"Steveee!!! Our CEO!!!" they exclaimed together.

"Yoooo...!!!" replied Steve, happy to see his old friends. And they exchanged man hugs.

"Hi Bella! You're getting prettier!" praised Ron to Bella.

"Thank you Ron..." replied Bella and not forgetting to smile.

"Hi Bell!" greeted Michael and Garry simultaneously to Bella.

"Hi Michael, Hi Garry...!" replied Bella and returned the handshakes of the three men in front of her in turn.

Finally Bella and the five men sat at the bar table together to drink the wine and snacks that Austin had provided.

Austin's eyes occasionally glanced at Bella who continued to drink her wine. Sometimes she laughed if there was something funny.

"Let's drink until we pass out!!!" exclaimed Michael as he raised his wine glass.

"Toossss!!!" they exclaimed together and raised their glasses to make a clinking sound.

"Hhahahaha...!" they laughed.

Bella continued to pour wine into her glass. She felt like her mind flew with each sip and momentarily let go of her desires with a drink. Letting go of all the fatigue that kept lingering in her mind.

Steve glanced at his wife, "Honey, it looks like you've had too much to drink, this is your fourth glass Bel!" Steve exclaimed.

Bella turned to Steve, feeling bad.

"Hey! What are you worried about Bella! Do you want more Bella!" interrupted Austin and lifted the bottle ready to pour it into Bella's glass.

Bella smiled back, "Yes, thank you Austin!" she replied and accepted the wine and took another sip.
