“You have a point,” Aria replied. “I don’t know what to say when I see him or how to go about it, but I know he’ll know what to do better than I would.”
“We’ll check up on you in the next couple of hours,” Jasmine said. “You need to leave that house and get moving.”
Aria couldn’t agree more. There was nothing left for her here anymore. Asher had proven to be a wolf in sheep’s clothing, and she couldn’t stay with him anymore; she didn’t know what step she would take once she got back home, but she’d let time decide that for her.
At the moment, she was going to go out there and find Eros. She didn’t care how long it would take her to do so, but she knew she had to do something to fix what was left of their relationship. If there was ever any moment when she needed him more than anything else in the world, it would be now.
