Jaime’s POV

“Having a hard time there?” That comment snapped Mykel out of his thoughts. I pressed the button next to my calls and asked for an omega team to prepare two bedrooms, one for Elder Pezi and the other for Mykel. Once I was assured it was taken care of, I stepped out of my chair. I walked out to the side where he was still sitting, his hand on his mouth, eyes fixed on my phone, and his other hand in his pocket.

“Mykel, I am a good actor and even better Alpha. Don’t worry too much about me, and go get ready for your interview. See you tomorrow morning, Alpha.” I get off the side of the desk I was leaning on.
