Jwala’s POV

“I love someone else” I lied to make him cancel the marriage.

Agni turned red with fury. My heart was beating fast with fear. What if he hurts me now? Why will he do that? He doesn’t love me. Does it matter to him if I love someone?

“Did you stop only at love or did you sleep with that someone else?” He asked, and the uninvited guest, i.e., tears arrived immediately.

How can he talk like that? It may be easy for him but not for me.

“Is it my child or someone else’s or don’t you know the father of the child?” Agni said holding my hairs.

Agni is killing me with his words. He sat on the bed beside me. I tried to get up from the bed, but he held my wrist tightly which made me feel that blood circulation may stop to my hand at any time.
