Chapter 97. With You

Terrence’s POV

I massaged my neck and stretched my arms after the last meeting for today ended. We just talked to our possible investor and the meeting was a success.

Tristan was grinning at me because of the result of the meeting.

“Can I leave now?” I asked with a bored tone.

He nodded and tapped my shoulders. “Good work, cousin!”

“I’ll stay with Emery for a week. You made a promise to me that you’ll take care of the company for a week. I want to be with my wife.”

“Of course!”

I smirked because of that. I immediately left him in the restaurant to go home and take a bath. The house was quiet, as usual. It’s dark and I feel lonely here. But today is different. I’m leaving for Brazil to follow Emery. I’ll stay there with her for a week.

That’s my plan. I’ll spend this week with her and next week, I’ll come back here again.
