Chapter 40. Sadistic

The graduation ceremony took almost four hours to finish. Thea spent her time with her batch mates because it was the decision of their professor to have their last day as students to be memorable.

She didn’t want to join them, but if she didn't show up, people might think that she was guilty and that’s why she’s avoiding them. So without a choice, she chooses to stay at the covered court to enjoy, but she didn’t really feel that.

“This is boring.” She whispered to herself after exploring her eyes to the venue of their graduation party. The place was more lively but she felt that she didn’t belong here. There are almost thousands of people who joined the fun and she’s familiar to some.

“Look who’s here!” A sharp voice of a girl made her ears hurt. “It’s Thea! Want to join us?” She tardily looked at them after lifting her head. She then saw Haley with her ‘friends’ who once ruined her reputation.
