I yawned lethargically and sprawled on my back, my eyes closed.

It’s been two months since it was revealed that I’ve gotten pregnant and the war with Rex happened.

Ever since then, Wyatt has made me stay at home to watch over my health and make sure that nothing goes wrong with my baby.

Being home all the time made me have so much leisure time.

Suddenly, the bed was sunken, and the familiar sandalwood scent drifted into my nose. Wyatt’s hand wrapped around my waist, and in one swift movement, I was sitting right on Wyatt’s lap.

My eyes flew wide open, and I wrapped my hands around Wyatt’s neck before burying my face in the crook of his neck.

I inhaled Wyatt’s musky sandalwood scent, and I felt myself calm down.
