Chapter 100. Ambiguity

Anna sat across from Ricard at the dinner table, her eyes gleaming with admiration. Every time Ricard looked at her, Anna felt as if she were lost in a romantic novel. Ricard picked up a piece of salmon and gently placed it in Anna’s bowl, his lips curving into a slight smile.
