Chapter 47

“I nearly forgot about him!” Lyca mumble. She didn’t go away. Instead, she turned around and decided to find out who the wolf in the castle was.

So Lyca walked down the path toward where she heard the voice. But the longer Lyca walks, the more she knows the person in front of her. “What’s happening? This castle has a wolf… Is he one of Xavier’s followers?”

Then, a few minutes later, she got an answer to her question. Adam was in the room that was the farthest away. His arms and feet were both chained. Lyca can tell by how he looks that he has been hurting for a few days.

“Adam! Adam! Wake up! What’s wrong with you?” Lyca asked as she got close to the man, who was now half asleep.

Adam only groaned because he was tired. He didn’t even open his eyes. Since he went bad, his wolf has become wild and restless. And it makes Adam lose his strength.

“Adam, it’s me, Lyca… What brought you here?” Lyca asked and looked at the chain that was around Adam’s neck.
