Chapter 9

The rain had stopped and only small droplets fell from the sky. Every one was soaked except for Derrick who stayed a safe distance from the fight. 

"Wha… What? In just two attacks?" Terran muttered in surprise. Rowlis kept staring at the boy's unconscious body, waiting for him to get up, but it seemed he was out cold. 

Rowlis got angry and moved her right leg a distance back. Ready to send his body flying, she swung her leg at him.

Luckily, Derrick jumped out of where he resided and yelled, "No, no, no, no, no, that's enough." He held Rowlis by her shoulders and pulled her back. Derrick lifted the boy up on his shoulder and turned to Terran,

"So… What was that all about?" he asked with a weird look on his face 

"What are you talking about?" Terran asked back with a confused look, and Derrick replied, "you know… Thasmn, who's that?" Terran turned back down and gave out a sigh.

"Many, many years ago my kingdom was attacked by an army
