Chapter 76

I scream when I feel my leg being pulled into the pool again, but this time I turn my body and my foot hits the woman hard in the face, and she seems to faint in the water.

"Are you all right?" he asks, touching my face, and I nod, quickly touching his shoulder and seeing that there's more blood.

"You're bleeding a lot..." I whisper, getting up and helping him.

My eyes fixate on the pool again as I feel Jacob's hand touch mine. I look at the other dead man on the floor, and I try not to feel any bad sensations right now.

"Come on, we need to go, Melissa!" he says, and I nod before walking with him down the long corridor again.

I'm still trying to recover from almost drowning in that pool when I feel my body shivering with cold. It's very cold, and our bodies are bruised and completely wet at this point.
