Chapter 50. Maddening Jealousy

Alpha Hades’s POV

“We have over sixty thousand sacs of grains and they’ll be sent over to the kingdoms at the normal rate.” Scarlet says reading it out on a scroll.

“Hmmn you did good in handling the workers.”

“Serving you is my greatest accomplishment Alpha and I look forward to working harder as it pleases you.” she grinned widely with a smile showing off her sets of teeth.

Scarlet could be beautiful without the tusk and hard lines she wears most times doing her job. She was raised by Lilith and with her loyalty she wore it as a treasure for all eyes to see. I know she misses her but due to fear couldn’t air out her feelings and I understand regardless of how Lilith’s actions didn’t go well with me.
