Chapter 95

Christian POV

Molly pulls me outside of the house full of excitement making me smile. I love seeing her so happy and carefree, it feels like she hasn’t been able to feel that way much lately. We head up towards the back fields, the further we get the more excited she seems to become. We keep going until we are over the other side of the farm she then stops me and turns me around so that I’m facing the way that we just came. What is she up to? We are almost to the edge of the farm, I can see all the animals and the farmhouse but it’s still a good distance away.

“What’s going on?” I look to my left to see all of my brothers and parents heading our way. “I don’t know.” I shrug. I go to turn around but Molly stops me. “Slow down cowboy, need a minute here.” I chuckle at her attempt at Texas slang but remain turned away from her. “Oh, are we finally going to find out what they’ve got covered up back there?” Jack asks but no one answers him. “I already know what it is!”
