"What the fuck do you mean you don't have the power? You have got the CEO eating you out on his desk in broad daylight and you want to talk about being powerless? Don't play that dumb act with me, Amelia." He looks like he is getting pissed. He has dropped the slightly teasing unserious act and now I am truly scared for my safety.

"Okay. Okay." I say, taking a step back away from him. He doesn't seem to notice or care.

"I guess it goes without saying, but you are a real dumb bitch so I should probably spell it out for you. If you tell your step daddy about this, you will be sorry. Very fucking sorry." Tyler pins me with a cold look that freezes me to the spot.

I can't find the words to reply his insulting tone, I bristle at the words but I can't do anything. I just stand there, frozen. Wondering how he manages to keep this side to him away from everyone. It is like a well made mask he can just slip on and off. That scares me more than anything else. Ashley would find it h
