Book 3: Chapter 14

Before she could drown herself with her questions, the door opened and Agnes walked in, “wow, now I see what Eric was talking about, this place is cool. Better than my room even, why didn’t I choose this place first?” She looked at Sasha who was still sitting on the bed and staring into nothing, “you okay?” She asked when she noticed the tear lines on her cheeks. “What happened?” She approached her immediately and sat beside her, “hey, what’s the matter?”

Sasha sighed then and sniffed, she wiped away her already dried tears and looked at her with a faint smile, “I’m fine, I just… had some emotional thoughts and it weighed me down.”

Agnes wiped away a few strand of her hair from her face, “that’s okay now. We came here to have fun, not cry.”

Sasha nodded, “I know, I won’t do it again. Promise.”

“Great, if not I will report you to Janet and you know how she is.”

“Please don’t,” Sasha rushed to say.

“Good. Now let’s go down and prepare that chicken,
