Book 3: Chapter 20

“That won’t be a problem,” Vanessa answered. They had reached the nursery by then and she pushed open the door, Chris looked up and when he saw them, he started smiling and wanting them to carry him. Vanessa obliged and picked him up from the floor where he was playing, she kissed his chubby cheek, “oh my darling, how handsome you are,” she smiled and rubbed their noses together and the little one babbled in response.

Sasha was enjoying their little show but her tummy churned and she started feeling uncomfortable before rushing into the bathroom with a sprint.

Vanessa turned to her in alarm, “my goodness, Sasha are you okay?” She went after her to the bathroom. Hannah took Chris from her as she helped Sasha to hold her hair while she vomited.

Sasha let out a deep breath after disposing her lunch into the toilet, she turned to the washbasin and sprinkled water on her face with Vanessa rubbing her back all the while. She flushed the toilet and turned to smile weakly
