Book 2: Chapter 2

Sasha felt lightheaded and oozing in alcohol. She decided to just sit on her side and listen to them sing, maybe she can stop thinking for a while.

“It’s Sasha’s turn now,” she heard and opened her eyes to see her friends all looking at her expectantly. One second she wanted to refuse, but then why not?

She smiled and stood up. She staggered to the CD library and selected her music. She staggered back to her seat and took the microphone from Marilyn just as Celine Dion Water from the Moon began to play.

Her friends looked at her, surprised at her choice of music, but she only smiled and brought the microphone to her lips and sang along.

“I’ve looked everywhere I can,
