“Can we…wait till we get home?” I asked, although I knew that it was useless.

“I thought you felt appreciative of the things I’ve done for you today,” Hayden said casually as he took a few slow steps towards me.

Instinctively, I took a few steps back until I felt the hardness of the wooden desk against the back of my thighs. I took in a deep and calming breath when I realized that obviously there was no where for me to run.
