Smash and Grab
On one of the days, Kate and her parents had gone out shopping only to return to see their house messed up and invaded by smash-and-grab thieves. Furiously Mr. Fanny dialed 911 and police appeared promptly like lightning. They barricaded the place with do-not-cross straps and went in to behold the devil’s rearrangement. Their home was a total mess – the living room and bedrooms were ransacked, chairs turned up and out of position, electronic gadgets were smashed on the floor, ‘window blinds’ pulled and destroyed so badly that they gained their ‘sight’, fire place filled with water that it might take them a couple of weeks to dry and use it again, kitchen was the pig’s bedroom – they unloaded all the food stuff from freezer and cupboard removed them from their bags and combined them together in the sink and left the tap runny some, pieces of beef, chicken and fish were littered on the floor and mouse were deposited to feast on them.
