Chapter 25

Luna returned after helping Aunt Anna with just wiping the dishes and putting them back, she took a sip of water before returning to the room, and she thought Aunt Anna had also returned to the room or brought what Evan needed.

"Ah!"

Luna's body jerked with a pull so strong that she hit the wall quite hard. She reflexively rebelled when the choke was so tight.

Evan said in a voice so small it was like whispering in Luna's ear. Coincidentally,  Evan did want to go downstairs to get a beer can to refresh his mind, which was so tired of work.
