Evan and the old man were there, not sitting side by side sharing hot drinks, there was no such term.
Evan kneeled in front of Mr. Grey, who sat proudly there with his legs crossed.
He enjoyed a cigarette with pride and stared sharply at his grandson, who had to withstand his guilt, as if there were a special pleasure there.
