"You've being treating me this way for a while now, just hoping it wouldn't affect the baby ". Annika said pouting with her arms crossed.

Mateo jerked his head up from the file he was going through. 

"What baby?".

He asked as his eyes squinted in confusion and his head slightly tilted.

"This baby". Annika said as she patted and then rubbed her stomach slowly with a smile. "I'm pregnant Theo".

Mateo got up from his seat slowly his eyes not leaving Annika at all.

"Nik, you…..".

Annika nodded with a smile, her eyes watering with tears.

"Yes, Nik's pregnant Theo".

She said going around the table to hug him where he was standing.

It was surprising and he just stood there like a statue. As Annika tightened the hug, his hands were unmoving beside him. He was speechless.

"Who's the father?". He asked and Annika instantly broke the hug looking at him.

"Why would you ask such a thing? I want this for us". She stated.
