Chapter 15. Enemies with Benefits

Bree’s POV

After chemistry class, I went to put my book away in my locker and also to get my English book. When I closed my locker, I saw ocean blue eyes looking down at me. My heart skipped a bit, and I jumped because I didn’t notice someone standing beside me. I knew who he was since I had seen him with a lot of cheerleaders, and he was also a part of Hayden’s team, but I never really paid attention to him. He was tall, slim, and good-looking, but he had nothing on Hayden.

Okay, where did that just come from?

“Hi.” He snapped me out of my thoughts and stared at me expectantly, wanting to know the reason why he was here.
