Olivia nodded looking just as determined.

Lilly cleared her throat nodding silently. Tears knotted her throat.

“About those eggs?” Olivia said shyly once her bowl was empty and licked clean to the last drop of soup. “Is it all right to ask for them now?” She asked with a flaming red face.

“Of course!” Sylvia said, “I will make them right away. We have cheese as well,” she offered with a smile. Olivia nodded timidly. Lilly cleared her throat silently for more too . Sylvia was more than happy to indulge.

Just like every night, Xavier made sure that the doors and windows downstairs were closed and locked. He stretched his hard body with a groan. He couldn’t wait to be in bed already. They had a really long day. As he headed to the stairs a little form caught his eye.
