Chapter 64

Adrian's POV

    I was shocked by her sudden outburst. Just a few days ago, she did not have any idea about what she was, she wasn't even ready to take on the role when it was brought up and now, she wants to be involved in everything relating to the pack.

    "She should know about all the developments. The future of our pack is in her hands after all", Dad said through our mindlink before he told her she could join us and turned towards his office. 

     She did not wait for me before she sashayed after him. I took a deep breath and followed after them.

     "I don't like the idea of our mate being the center of war", Daxon said in my head and I totally agreed with him. "Me too buddy, me too".

     She was already seated opposite dad when I later entered the room. "We need to wait for Nathan and Aaron", Dad said when he saw me take a seat beside Lola. I nodded and we waited in silen
