Lola's POV

Death? What's she talking about?

"Serena! Serena", I called her as I moved closer to her and tried to shake her out of her state. She didn't stop shaking uncontrollably and kept repeating death while saying gibberish. I got scared and called Adrian through our mindlink since I did not want to draw attention to us.

Adrian came running to where I was and was confused by what she was saying. "What do we do? This is scary, Adrian," I told him.

"She'll be fine soon. I hope," he said the last part to himself, but I heard him anyway. 

Serena suddenly stopped moving and became quiet, which totally scared me. I thought she fainted, but her chest was still moving steadily, and that was the only reason I wasn't totally freaking out.

"Serena?" I softly called out, and she opened her eyes. She looked around and became paranoid. "Where's Rose and Jayden?" she asked frantically.
