Hayoon felt completely agitated.

Her feet tapped in a brisk rhythm, making the impatient sound echo throughout the waiting room.

Hayoon had received a call that morning. The call he had been waiting for days, and at that moment, he was cursing himself for choosing to swallow two of the biggest strawberry ice creams just because JaeHwa would pay. By then, her stomach was rumbling and gurgling, hinting that the mix with all her nervousness wasn't cool.

And worse, he would have to present something in that interview. He didn't even have time to reason with the call, judging that only a few hours had passed since the call. And when you put that together with your bad belly, the universe was definitely trying to take you to limbo.
