Chapter 20

Alpha Killan panicked when he saw Alina groaning in pain. He took out his phone to call an ambulance, but he came back to his senses and realized that they were already at the hospital and in the parking lot. Whispering some calming words against Alina’s ears, he carried her in his arms in a bridal style and made his way inside the hospital. Alina, who flicked her eyes open after she felt herself floating in the air, asked worriedly, realizing that she had overdone her act. “Where are you taking me, honey?” She asked him.

“To the hospital, you’ll get treated, and after you get better, I’ll take you home,” he told her, quickening his pace.

“No, we can’t,” she said, jumping from his hands, panicking. She knew if she got in there, the doctor would realize that she was not bleeding at all, but she was lying and would tell Alpha Killan the truth, thus making him not trust her anymore.
