Chapter 24. 'Bad to Worst'

"There's this one more rule. Most important of them," he uttered, his fingers slowly caging her slender neck. "You're not allowed to talk any other men which is not me. Unless necessary," he warned, calmly, freezing her by his words. Her eyes widened with surprise. Why did he utter those words. That sentence made her tensed. "Not even look at them," he emphasized, slightly putting a pressure on her neck, "You would not want to test me in this regard."

"I won't. I....I assure you," she answered breathlessly, moving his eyes towards his chest.

 "Good. And if I found out that you did, I'll skin you alive,"

She shrunk back and stared at him, fearfully. Tears welled up her eyes, sparkling them and made her vision blurred. They were at the brink of cascading down her eyes but she blinked several times to drink them in.

"Take my words very seriously. I'm not playing around," he threatened and she felt threatened.

"I'm," she whispered.
