Jade POV

I tried so hard to hide the smile which crept up my lips after he had kissed my forehead. I followed him behind as we went to the living room and saw Alessandro already up as well. He was there with the old man and CJ. 

Alessandro smiled widely immediately after he saw us. 

“Gennaro! You didn't miss me a lot did you?!” He asked Saint, pulling out a lollipop from his mouth. 

CJ smacked his head from behind. “Stop acting like you're twelve man.” He told him. 

Alessandro frowned at him rubbing the back of his head. “I just came back from the dead. You should be nicer.”

“Wish you remained there,” Saint replied to him making him roll his eyes while the old man and I chuckled. I was glad as well to see him alive and his usual self. 

“You're up, Mr Guerra.” The old man said as he walked to Saint, handing him a shirt to put on. 

“I appreciate you treating my wounds,” Saint told him.
