UNEXPECTED INJURY

"What's going on?" Chelsea asked without any expression.

"Love, I'm just--" Chelsea looked at Maris' foot which was wrapped in a white cloth stained with blood. "What happened to your foot?" Chelsea asked with concern. She immediately approached Red, who then helped Maris to sit on the sofa.

"I'm just going to get the first aid kit," Red said and walked away.

"Are you okay? What happened?" Chelsea asked Maris. "I accidentally bumped the vase in the kitchen...the glass shattered and cut my foot. I'm sorry, Ate. Please deduct the cost of the broken vase from my salary. I didn't mean to do it..." Maris explained.

"It's alright, don't worry about it. You don't have to deduct it from your salary. You need your salary for other expenses. Let me see your wound," Chelsea said and slowly removed the towel wrapped around Maris'
